That whole crew makes my skin crawl.. I guess he didn't show up for a hearing in Mexico...bond jumper? Kinda ironic.

Charges have been pending against the three since local police in Mexico arrested them shortly after they roped in Luster. They posted bail but never returned to Puerto Villarta for their court hearing on July 15, 2003.

The only bounty hunter I ever liked was Angel Eyes Sentenza
trivia question: what grave was the money buried under?
(hint: not Art Stanton's)

OK, granted he broke Mexican laws, but DANG! He brought in a man who raped three women. Should he really be punished for that? In my opinion, NO!

Regardless of what the man looks like, I don't watch his show, etc... He brought in a man who raped three women.

I say "THANK YOU".

This is the downside to fame...no way he gets charged if not on TV. He went after a rich serial rapist that the cops couldn't touch and brought the creep to justice! He deserves a medal, to hell with Mexico! I watch and enjoy his show...true, his odd-shaped wife is annoying but the rest of the family is great and Dog is a rare human being who overcame his sorted past and found faith...I may not believe as he does but I certainly respect and admire the man! Boo Federal face-saving pandering to Mexican authorities!

Yeah... I hope he beats the rap on this one. The only thing I find unrealisitc about his show, is one of these days Dog and his crew are gonna get shot at. Some of these people they bring in are eventually gonna do everything in their power not to get caught. I'mjust waitin for the episode when the real drama to catch a criminal goes down.

10pm last night A&E ran Dogs side of the story.

the short version. bounty hunting is illegal in mexico. they spent 3 days in mexican jail after taking a serial rapest off the street. they were under the impression that it was over with , as long as they didn't return to mexico. 3 years later mexico asked they be picked up under some extradition treaty and a judge in hawaii signs it. they are now fight extradition to mexico.

i heard on msnbc that this has something to do with extradition of a mexican in US jail. US won't release him so mexico says we want Dog and his crew.

please correct me if someone has read different.

I have a little experience with the Mexican legal system. Bottom line. YOu NEVER want to be in jail there, especially on the border. It is totally corrupt. One better be well armed with money. The police expect it. ONe wrong move and you will be paying to stay out.

I was told by a Mexican Police officer, if you ever hit a person while driving in Mexico, dont try to help, dont stay at the scene, immediately drive to the border and get out. An executive and his wife from San Antonio were both raped in a Mexican Jail not too long ago. The Dog would probably not be treated kindly in a border jail.

Thank God I live in this country. Mexico, which does not have an awful human abuse record, has a horrible legal system. Payola. and even then you may still get raped.
