Default Calumet Farm being sold

Calumet Farm is being sold intact to Kentuckian billionaire Brent Kelly (owns Hurricane Hall). He will keep it as a horse farm.

Default Calument Farm sold for $36 million

Calumet Farm was sold today for $36 million.

It was purchased by "Calumet Farm Preservation Trust", and will be leased to Brent Kelly, who will use it to raise TB horses.

Nice to know those rolling green fields and white fences will still be the first thing you see arriving at Bluegrass Airport - and not a housing subdivision.
