FRI - Del Mar (R5-R8 PK4)
Del Mar POST SCRATCHES - POLY / FIRM
R5 - Md 30k (Most of these have had trouble at the gate and lack experience) #9 Talk N Sassy (4-1) - Long string of works for debut and might avoid problems when the gates open. #2 Cotton Belle (8-1) - Showed nothing in debut versus MSW. Expect improvement here. 4TH #5 Cupid's Bling (5-2) - Clean start and should be right there when it counts. 3RD #1 R Dbouleday (3-1) - Burned money at odds on in latest when she stumbled out of the gate. 2ND R6 - Cal Breds OC 25k/N1X (Turf 8F) #8 Sweet Baguette (10-1) - Benefits from the lack of speed lined up and could prove tough to reel in. 4TH #6 Highly Rated (5-2) - Will probably stalk top choice and try to take her late. WON $4.00 #5 Jewel Seeker (10-1) - Upgrades jock and had some competitive races at Golden Gate. #2 Miss Speed Dating (7-2) - Off the pace threat will need a set up. R7 - Cal Breds Real Good Deal $200k #1 Rousing Sermon (2-1) - Huge class edge and a few might be backing up late. 2ND #5 Stoney Fleece (5-1) - Has been holding his own versus stakes company. #2 A Toast to You (10-1) - Has shown some quality and J/T combo on fire. #4 Champions Gate (8-1) - Will show some speed and try to hold on for a minor piece. 4TH R8 - Clm 12.5k #8 Miss Ambition (5-1) - Handled easier in most recent and hot barn steps up. #2 Lady Rochelle (12-1) - Has some decent effort at GG that fit here. WON $19.20 #6 Arinyes Love (8-1) - Most experienced runner has a knack for rounding out the bottom of exotics. #10 Anne's Seven Cats (20-1) - Has enough early speed to contend and 1st time lasix doesn't hurt. 2ND PK4 - 1 2 3 5 9 / 2 5 6 8 / 1 2 5 / 2 8 = $60 for $.50 Good Racing Luck

Its a tough little sequance, especially if you aren't in love with Rousing Sermon in the feature. Not sure if I'm playing it, but I was leaning towards taking a leap of faith with Sadler in the 5th and singling his filly there so I can spread a bit later. Regardless, Good Luck with it Gus.

Thanks Nick, I knew you were a good friend. Hang in there and keep firing. You know how this game works, it's a matter of time until you go on one of those famous Pointman runs.

Good luck with your plays today.
Some big scratches in the finale. |

Yeah, never good when your top choices are scratched. Miller/Gomez are on a roll and should be able to handle this field.
