8/5
Well, today is the last regular season home game of the year for the Oakland A's.They very much want to clinch the division today in front of their fans. The Halos do not want to have to watch them celebrate in front of them.Yesterday the Halos were able to keep them from clinching.Unfortunately, the A's have had just about every little thing go perfectly for them in the 2nd half.I doubt this will be any different.I'd love to see the Halos make them clinch up in Seattle(away from them, and away from their own fans.)Would love to see the Halos deny them today.I don't think it goes down that way.Take the A's,and give up a run and a half. They will probably win by 2-6 runs. Pays 8/5.See,the Halos have clinched in Oakland the last 2 years. The A's players will be hacking like mad beasts at every pitch that Santana hangs. If the Halos can't get to Haren in the 1st couple innings, then they probably won't be able to get to him. This guy has definite patterns.Takes him a couple innings to get his stuff to break hard, and they have to get to him before he gets his stuff working.I think he lost last Monday, but that was on 4 days rest(this is 5 days rest=a lot of difference with junk throwers like him and Saunders.)

The way to the poor house is to bet more than you can afford to lose.Wasn't even close. For 2 months I have been beggin' this team to score runs. Finally, when they have no shot to win the division, they find their bats.Believe me,I am not upset.Anything to keep from seeing that thug Milton Bradley celebrate at home.Go on the road boys.If the A's fans want to celebrate with the team, they will have to go to Seattle ,or Anaheim, cuz that team is on the road until next Sunday Night. All that Champagne in the clubhouse will have to be loaded up and taken on the road. The A's have beaten Seattle like 13 in a row.You would think that the Mariners would also want to deny them a celebration in their house, but who knows what Seattle is ever gunna do.Would be nice if the Halos Sweep Texas, and the Mariners take 2 of three from the A's.That would mean that the A's have to win atleast one game next weekend in Anaheim. Sounds like a lot of work & research for an 8/5 bet. But I bid you good luck in your bet Scuds.
