Have to disagree. The greatest one ever would be the what would Cardus say app where you could go to any post on the forum and...

the problem with any real time traffic app is that the more adapters you have, the less useful it becomes.

if you're one of the elite 5% with inside info on the shortest commute whether that's beer, bathroom or freeway it's great. but as more people get the same information the risk rises that you're now just part of a larger herd headed the same way.

some old dude said a secret between 3 people is safe so long as 2 of them are dead. traffic apps by their nature work against that.
