I don't see how they can be Federally arraigned on a theft that occurred over 30 years ago. Murder yes but pretty sure the statute of limitations.....

I checked and sure enough it's five years for non-capital crimes. Obviously they will be tried with a capital crime.

Oddly there is no statute of limitation in New York for Class A felonies so not sure why they weren't charged by the State?

Should have known they were being charged with RICO acts in that a criminal enterprise has continued from the time of the robbery to 2013.

Skimmed thru the arraignment and in addition to the JFK robbery found Murder Conspiracy, Juice Loans/Collections, Theft by Extortion X3 or 4 times, $1million armed car robbery 84-86, $1.2 million Fed Ex Gold salt robbery Feb 84, sale of pornographic material, solicitation of murder (a John Doe between 83-85 who lived), arson, gambling and bookmaking.

Sounds like real life mobsters.

Love the scene when the guy comes into the bar with his wife in a brand new bright white fur coat after they were told not to be "showy." HAHA
