ROI Results 2/7 @ Santa Anita + Donn

Quite a few cashers on Saturday at Santa Anita but only 3 players could fill the payoff slots. Plenilune
tried to join the frey but could do no better than a tie with a winner in race 4. Hitting the ROI board once
again and finishing in 3rd was Digger who figured Shared Belief was good enough to hit the board and he
was right. Joly attempted to garner a sweep but fell a little short. JB cashed all his bets with a tri in
race 5 but the $3.90 payout left him $10 behind this weeks winner. The Santa Anita afternoon belonged
to Arletta who waited until the SA finale and made an Intoxicating Move to sweep by Joly and win the
day. Arletta gets the win via the pick 3 route and the 1-5-10 combination was good for $36.70 four times.
Congrats Arletta on your second win of the season and good luck on a repeat. Following are the unofficial

RQ, you are absolutely correct that we will be going someplace warm on Saturday, at least someplace warmer than here. I'll try to post Saturday's venue by this time tomorrow.

I've just finished shoveling out after our third consecutive Monday storm. The shoveling wasn't too bad, but I'm starting to have difficulty finding any place to put the stuff. And our totals aren't anything close to what the Boston area has been getting. More is probably on the way for late Thursday.

My mantra continues to be : Pitchers and catchers report on February 20.
