Maybe this is the thread to make this point. Spitzer should require a new round of bids for the NYRA franchise that includes the retrofit to poly of the 3 NY tracks plus the training tracks at Belmont and Saratoga.

I was given a heads up about this article by a media member and am not shocked. NYTHA has been in chaos for months and I noticed that they are hiring for a pretty high level position, they have an ad in todays DRF.
