![]() Since Ashkal Way won't be going in the Mile, it's good that Luzzi will get Sutra going in the Juvy Fillies. The Frizette was ugly, but I'm glad for him. Fast fractions, and it seemed like at the end no one wanted it, but you gotta send her to the Juvy Fillies now.
I agree with Jay Privman when saying he was impressed with Lilly Carson hanging on for 3rd because those fractions being so fast. I hope Lilly Carson goes in the Juvy Fillies. If she can learn to settle she could be a monster next out.

Agree about Mike L and Sutra. Sutra paid $27 today. I put this pick on another thread. The Friz wasn't a pretty race...pretty slow, but a win is a win. Stevie Ray scratched in the 6th. Also, Toss the Feather had a real nice work the other day. Watch for those two. |

![]() Luzzi's a good guy. I, too, am very happy for him.
That being said her best chance of winning the BC is to hide somewhere and join the field as they hit the top of the stretch because this was unquestionably the slowest Grade 1 race ever run. Obviously only the third horse ran any kind of respectable race...and even her effort was far from spectacular. Autobahn Girl would have drowned the field....and I wonder if Shug is still happy he's running Five Star Daydream in an ungraded $65K stake tomorrow. |

![]() Met Luzzi's female cousin up in Toga. Nice girl, but looked a bit too much like Luzzi. Would've freaked me out a bit.
