Default G** D*** Brisbet!

OK, I'm pissed... Brisbet *lost* one of my bets - and I've only had the account for a day. I had the 9/2 EX in the 2nd at Mountaineer tonight, I had it 3 times and of course I didn't "print" the ticket but I'm sure it went through... it paid $36.40 so I go to check my balance because I think I've doubled up my account in 24 hours... and NOTHING. I know this has happened to others here (I remember reading the threads) so my question is, is there anything I can do if I've got no transaction number... I know, I'm screwed... I should have known better and you can bet I'm printing every F'in ticket from here on out but seriously, is this any way to run a site? I'm going back to Pinnicle....

OK, my blood pressure is starting to come down after writing this but I'm still pissed...

Default possible reason

Brisbet requires you to submit the bet and then resubmit it, so when you are doing it quickly you may think that you submitted it but you have to see the screen reply of "bet successfully submitted " in the center of the screen.
I feel your pain. Similar type thing happened to me once or twice, once where I input a $1 key exacta over numerous hosses and the amount changed to $6 key. What happened was that the bet amount box was still highlited and when i moved my finger on the laptop pointing surface it changed the amount, and I didnot notice it when i placed the bet. Now, I try not to rush to get the bet in, if i get closed out, so be it.

I doubt if they lost the bet. It's more likely it just didn't get submitted in time.
Go into account management for that day and print out the history. If the bet was submitted it will show up. If not then its as if the bet was never made. I don't know how you're screwed, its just like getting shut out at the window. There is no way that they decremented your account for the bet but then lost the payoff part of it if that is what you're implying happened. When I first started with Brisbet there were a few headaches mainly due to me not leaving enough time. Otherwise I have not had any trouble other than sometimes the net gets busy and transactions are slow.
