Sorry the guy got killed. In my opinion, getting out of the truck and yelling at armed officers " You're gonna have to shoot me" may have been a poor choice of actions. Call me crazy, not something i would have done.

That's murder. The guy was a rancher from Arizona and had sea legs against guys who are covered in full armor.
The odds of getting a clean headshot with a weapon in his upper pocket is less than .01 percent. I deleted the rest. No need to state the obvious.
