Nba question
Ok, dude goes to shoot, gets fouled...but while ref was getting whistle and blowing, he gets the ball quickly enough to shoot again, and makes the basket. But it doesnt count.
So....why dont they do like hockey, raise the hand to indicate there is a foul, but dont kill the play til the fouling team gets control of the ball?
