If you want to split hairs, he mentioned this race before her last, with the caveat "first things first".
Apparently the third place effort or her post-race condition precluded wheeling her back. Not surprising given the rarity of quick turnarounds nowadays (especially from a fairly conservative stable), not to mention the filly's past physical issues that have held her to just 5 starts to date. |

Paige[8-1] & Oakley Girl[12-1] were right there with Al's Gal last month........they might be decent Sunday. |
