Default Fall TV

Anything new that someone wants to point out. Wife and I watching This is Us and I put up a fight but now love it. Also keeping eyes on Brawl in Cell Block 99 movie that is shooting with my nephew/bodyguard playing Johnny Mu.

I was skeptical of that one as well, but it is surprising me. Designated Survivor is also strong, and one that totally caught me by surprise and is perhaps could be called a guilty pleasure we are liking The Exorcist on Fox. A couple new comedies we are digging, Speechless and The Good Place are pretty funny.

I couldn't imagine how bad a Fantasy Island reboot would be...oh wait yes I could.

Television programming is mostly garbage. The great stuff people rave about is mostly mediocre and only propped up because the rest of the programming is so ridiculously bad.

Take The Walking Dead for instance. A dude has a f.ucking lion during a zombie apocalypse. The writers should be fired yesterday.

I'll admit that I do not watch any of the new shows, my wife likes for me to watch Scorpion with her. I do that, otherwise, we are watching the X-File reruns on Netflix....from the beginning, started a couple of months ago and still in the first season.....I do watch Jeopardy once in awhile with the kid

Finally got into Westworld, we have watched the first 4 episodes so far it is very entertaining. Just read it has been renewed for a 2nd Season I agree many potential ways to take the show.

My favorite character is Ed Harris'.

They dropped a huge bomb on us last night. Awesome episode for the most part.

Black Mirror on Netflix is great. It's a modernized Twilight Zone, though much darker.

And Pants, I think you would like Mr. Robot, which is also very dark.

Season 2 was darker than the first season IMO it is a quality show though. Great performances. Have heard other people praise Black Mirror, will have to check it out.

The only reason season one seemed less dark was because it took a long time to develop the two lead characters into the crazy mofos they were eventually revealed to be.

Nothing wrong with a slow burn in my opinion
