He probably won't be a great price but there is a horse in here named Mercantile that can really run. He was one of the most impressive horses at the Fasig Tipton Calder Sale. I actually liked his work more than The Green Monkey's work.

Gomez looks like he has a lot of live mounts the second half of the day today but most of them won't be great prices.

thanks for the heads up! I agree, Gomez should get a couple of those home. I like Tiz Wonderful also, not sure about the price on that one though.

Also, Gomez got off the 2 when the 14 drew in and the 2 had the best Beyer in the field by 13 points (although that was 2 races back). The #3 Wind Sock is interesting as well. I'm just using 3,14 on my Pick 6.

Sorry about that one guys. He ran fair but not nearly as well as I would have expected.

The way he worked at the sale he looked like a stakes horse.

maybe next time. We shoulda figured since it hasn't been a day for favorites! $10 is about the cheapest winner today so far. Now the Gomez horse in the 7th is sitting at 2/5... no chance today!

I was curious on how he would run. No doubt he has some ability, but he warmed up awful and doesnt have the best action around.
