Default Happy Jerrys Birthday

Garcia would have turned 75 today. If you can find it, the Jerrys Birthday show at the Palace auburn hills had Garcia on fire and having a great old time. Stella Blue > Satisfaction to close the show is one for the ages, with a top 3 Stella blue and a satisfaction that starts a little choppy but once it finds its groove is the best they ever played. Bobby sings the "can't you see.... I'm on a losing streak!" lyric like he's coming off a disastrous weekend at Saratoga.

Saw a good version at Three Rivers Stadium 95' while on the field standing in 8" of water. "The Rain Show".......Second set. Then on to Deer Creek for the gate crash cancellation 2nd night. Drove back to Philly, skipped St Louis, then flew out to Chi-town for Jerry's last shows.

Was at St. Louis. Worst show ever by a mile the first night. They were pissed off big time about that **** in deer creek. There was a handout, that basically said we don't néed this aggravation. Keep it up and it's gonna be over. The next night was a little better, but Jerry didn't look well. A far cry from Boston Garden 91.
