anyone know what happens with the scratch/

ill just tell you what I have and if someone can help

3rd 5 with 4 with 13-10-6 8 pick 3 13 scratched in last leg
4th 4 with 10-13 with 1-2-6 10 pick 3
5th 10-13 with 1-2-6 with 5-2-4 20 pick3
5th 10-13 with 1-2-6 with 1-8-9-12 6 pick 3

Not clear what jurisdiction you are referring to, but in most cases a scratch in the final leg of a pick 3 will revert to the post time favorite.
