This does not surprise me, but even though I think Barbaro was the better of the two in terms of talent, championships are won on the track and Bernadini is the champion based on his accomplishments. |

![]() it was evenly split til yesterday when bernie retirement news came out. jumped to 60-40 in favor of barbaro. saw when i went to read todays news that now it's 65-35.
not that it matters in any way in regards to official voting.

![]() Barbaro would be my choice, and its not a sentimental vote. I think he did more than Bernardini and would have done very well against older company. I think Bernardini will get it, however.

I still think that Barbaro was a better racehorse, but we'll never really know.
