Saratoga Thursday August 29th
Race 1:
#5 Irish Dreaming: $120k purchase off a 21 flat breeze. Solid works heading into this. #4 More Glitter #6 Bingolina #10 Welsh Gold Race 2: #9 Gambler’s Fallacy #6 Cross Border #3 Evaluator Race 3: #6 Tayler’s the Boss #4 Parlapiano #1 Camorra #2 Tequila Sunday Race 4: #4 He Iz Gone: Bought for $120k in July. Showed pace from a wide draw in barn debut. Clement has had more time with him now and sprinting is more suitable. #1 Game Boy Benny: Both sibs won on the green and he’s tried to get on that surface his last two. Has the rail advantage. #5 Tenure #6 Lundqvist Race 5: #5 Mandatory Payout: Has had some excuses in his two tries in this condition. Doesn’t look to be a lot of speed in here, so he’s dangerous if he can repeat the trip he got in his maiden breaker. #1 Business Cycle: Obviously connections have no need for the 6yo gelding, but he’s definitely burnt some money before. #2 Bronxville #6 Inclunation Race 6: #7 Lead Guitar #9 Plink Freud #8 Corey Scores #5 Kitty Therapy Race 7: #8 Saratoga Beauty #11 Critical Value #9 Canarsie Angel #3 Kefaliani Race 8: #3 American Power: $40k winner here last year. Full of confidence again after two wins at Parx. #4 Ray’swarrior #5 Mr. Dougie Fresh #8 California Night Race 9: #3 Ginseng: Strong debut win in Indiana. He was sharp out of the gate so I can see him leading if they decide to crawl. Doesn’t find a tough bunch here. #8 Sweet Melania #7 English Breeze #6 Crystalle Race 10: #7 Fusi #12 Gunboat Diplomacy #5 Eighty Seven North #13 Ideational $0.60 Early Pick Five Race 1: 5 Race 2: 6, 9 Race 3: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 Race 4: 1, 4, 5, 6 Race 5: 1, 2, 5, 6 $96.00 (same numbers for the early P4, should the 5 lose the first leg of the P5) $0.60 Late Pick Five Race 6: 7, 9 Race 7: 8, 11 Race 8: 1, 3, 4, 5, 8 Race 9: 3, 8 Race 10: 5, 7, 12, 13 $96.00 $0.60 Late Pick Four Race 7: 8, 11 Race 8: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 Race 9: 3, 8 Race 10: 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13 $86.40 Good luck! Me too. That was a $37K photo. Probably would have been fired at work going to the stick down the lane. Or at least called up to the HR office.
