Let it be known that I am ashamed to be associated with any picks that place the Sciacca entry first in the 7th race.
Is it because he eats the cobbler and I don't? |

To Sciacca's credit, he eats EVERYTHING.. In addition to 'Big G', you also trail Chuck Simon, John Parisella, Pat Kelly, Steve Alday and Jerry Brown as a quality 'nosher'... Like you however, Bobby Frankel and your man Nick eschew the cobbler.. They will only take fresh fruit. But in deference to your gustatorial preferences, I have placed the Yiddishy 'Takeh' on top in the 7th race...

Pretty amazing considering the parlay was over $70K.
I could never have hit it. Even with a couple seconds in the first two legs I would never have used the winner of the feature. |

I don't mean to sound conspiracy minded, but someone really needs to look at those tickets. This is just another in a long line of strange pik-6 payouts since summertime. Obviously one ticket most likely was alive with all three of those horses, I'd bet that one guy had the 2,7,9 on his ticket. But that means that two tickets were most likely sold with the 7 singled. This is very hard for me to believe, exteremly hard. I had her as my third selection in the race, and in doing surgery on the ticket lopped off the 7 and killed the patient(never would have had the first leg winner, in a race that set up and was run every strangely, anyone have any idea what Kent D was doing on the 1 horse?). Its not at all surprising to me that the 7 horse won, but is shocking to me that two guys would have her singled on a ticket with all the other winners. I really would like to see this matter looked at. |

I do find it exteremely hard to believe that not one, but two folks went deep enough and spent enough cash to have the other winners and be alive but spent all that cash and singled the 7 in the last. No way Jose, this is not Kosher and Steve and I have been talking about the strange pik-6 payouts since summertime. The parlay was 70 grand, and maybe you could expect one guy to have it, thats about right. But two tickets at least with the horse singled? I'm having a hard time buying that, a very hard time. This needs to be looked into and an explanation given. Perhaps its just a coiincidence or maybe someone playing a small ticket getting lucky, but this does not sound legit to me. |
