93 Beyer for @JuddmonteFarms' Mandaloun at MTH Sunday for @bradcoxracing joining Essential Quality and Sainthood as next out winners from 5/1 Kentucky Derby whose exiters are 15/3-3-2-4 thus far with Highly Motivated, Soup and Sandwich, Dynamic One & Hidden Stash yet to return.

Traffic on that Friday night before Travers will be like Clapton in the day. Just what the town needs on the biggest weekend. I doubt you will be there.

30 years ago tonight at RFK was one of my favorite Grateful Dead shows beautiful day in DC sitting low right center in the section where all the balloons ended up due to the wind currents. the first set was spectacular coming right out of the chute with Cold Rain and snow,wang dang doodle, Jack a roe. The Black Throated wind was stunning. Thought the encore would be US Blues due to flag day, it’s all over now was a so much better choice to end this epic show.

Actually a melted Baby Ruth bar. RFK was a hairy place, The River is not for the feint of heart. Oyster Happy hour at Old Ebbit Grill after the show is always a blast.

I hope I never get to the point where my life consists of scouring the internet to see who might have died that was popular 20 years ago and blabbing non stop about events from decades ago.
