interesting that this is not the first tigger to get in trouble...wasn't he always the one who got into trouble in the books too
I agree with dahoss...looks like someone is just trying to make a quick buck with a lawsuit, because you know Disney will settle...esp. with this kind of publicity

total joke, I saw the family interviewed on one of the morning shows and they asked if he received medical attention. They said not at first but had to take him to the hospital because of neck pain later that night.

Well i was a little kid and there were all those creepyass looking pirate dolls and moved in really herky-jerky ways like they were coming to life.

That ride changed a lot over the years... when I was little, it was a lot scarier, so you're right... totally excusable!
