Default 8th Race @ AQU 3 horse spill

3yo Fillies, AOC 100k tags...Looks like For a Prayer brokedown, fell and Street Sass (the only NY bred and a whale of a filly) and Are We Dreamin' (G. Contessa's entry) plow into her and go down too...Sickening to watch the replay...Any news or updates?

Yikes Playa!
Tough stuff. Sad about the spill at AQ. Sad about yours too.
Let's keep this all a "secret" from that PETA gal that showed up on Larry King.
It will give her even more ammunition to outlaw thoroughbred racing.
Mummms the word. SHHHHHH!

Right Playa...the Peta lady tried to get a lot of mileage out of the Barbaro tragedy.
Here in NY it's been plenty cold too. Just my opinion but it can get tough on the horses when it's too cold. Respiratory stuff and hard ground.
When the exercise riders are wearing face masks and extra goggles, might be best to wait for a break in the winter. It will come soon.

Good to see ya.

I hope the riders are OK. Last I heard Santos and Dominguez went to the hospital. Santos is a nice guy and he's certainly had his share of injuries. I'm afraid after today Ramon may start thinking twice about sneaking into tight spots, which I guess is good and bad, but hopefully he's not hurt. Tough enough game, and jockeys may be the horseplayers enemy, but they're also our friends.
