Oh boy... I don't even know where this picture came from... First I've seen of it... Looks to me like that was the night I made a meat loaf or beef tenderloin for the boyz and there's corn in the kettle and an escalloped potato gallette in the skillet...

Probably a little more information than was absolutely necessary.

Well, people seemed interested in the alluring quality of the contents of the skillet.. I distinctly recall a gallette from last summer!

and that is why he is 'the hardest working man in horseracing.'
Though I think he gets a 10 min break around 10am when he ventures over to Sciacca's picnic table.
What time does the change from T-shirt to Chef's uniform happen? I think I remember it was between beer #3 and #4? which would be about 9:45am? lol

yea toga is a different place. We went to workouts every morning twice at the Oklahoma track and once at the main track (where they have a great buffett style breakfast) so everything is pushed up by 2 hrs including bed times.
EVERYTHING there seems to revolve around horses and that's why I'd think you'd like it as much as we all do. My question is why did it take me so long to find the place? You'll find it 20 years sooner than I did. The place is GP times 10.

I can hardly wait... give me a call if you get a chance. I need to find out about the hotel situation and what not. I'm going to look into booking my flight in the next couple of weeks.
