After all the difficulties Delaware has had filling cards, some of these look like good betting races. As long as the card isn't strangled.

And there's a contest at The Racing Biz site. I've done these in the past. They're fun. Usually get some racing-related tchotchke (like a bobblehead) if you're in the top three.
