Anyone got a case for the 1, 6, or 7 even hitting the board? Pretty sure I would toss all 3 out of the trifecta with confidence from a 'Toga allowance.

Most likely race to have a fast pace? The Governor's Stakes. Eighttofasttocatch, Whatthecatdrugin, Percussion and Ojos De Hielo all seem to want the lead at all costs. Should set up well for Mordi's Miracle.

At least there is one Stakes race that Pletcher doesn't win!

Yay Departing!

This is silly. And I bet Departing today. Point is Pletcher should be praised. He accepts the horses that are offered to him, he then proceeds to do his job.

I was standing at the finish and saw it. From that distance it looked legit. I thought horses were gonna go down.

What was weird was that they gave him the trophy, wrote out the check, took his picture AND THEN took the horse down....crazy

Agreed. That was bizarre. AND I had already thrown away my win ticket on Russell Road. It was just $10 to win but it still ticked me off.
