You got to admit that you miss Riot's take and the entertainment of the verbal warfare that ensued.

Michael Brown's step-father is a great guy. His name is Louis Head. He is an ex-convict whose rap sheet includes two felony narcotics convictions. Last night he repeatedly urged protesters to “Burn this bitch down.”

I think they and the District Attorney did everything they could to make the situation as bad as possible. Either that or they're just that inept. Either is possible.

And that prosecutor made it clear from the start he had no interest in bringing it to trial. The old saying goes that a District Attorney can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich if he wants them to. This article is of the opinion that the public was played, rather than the prosecutor just being an idiot:

Have you seen the photos of Darren "Dumbo Ears" Wilson's alleged injuries? I've had rosacea flareups that look worse than anything on his face.

From the article (worth a read):

Quote:
By this time next year, Ferguson’s white mayor and all-white (save one) City Council will continue presiding over their majority-black suburban plantation. Economic disparities will persist, and local governments will continue preying on the poor for traffic fines to keep their budgets balanced. No recall elections will have ever been mounted—it should have happened by now—and young, know-it-all activists lacking political savvy will have missed golden opportunities to field candidates, raise fuds and crush the status quo.

No one, of course, had expected the tragic killing of Michael Brown to metastasize into an epic post-civil-rights-era clash between police and protesters. Once it did, we unraveled the rotten pistachio nut of race recurring like a bad cancer. Predictable bursts of reaction, from the peaceful to the violent pop-off, will be met by well-equipped police in waiting. But while the heat from calls for justice might thaw the frigid night air, the next day, month and year will find it right back where it all started.

there are times when the police probably go too far, too fast. there are most likely times that they reach for a gun before the need to, or react overwhelmingly forcibly.
this isn't one of those times. there was no way, especially once all the evidence was collected, including gunpowder on the 'victim' which indicates extreme close range when shot, that this cop was ever going to be charged with anything.
there was a struggle for the gun, which put the cop in fear of his life.

Yes I have.

Mock a man with a pregnant wife who was just trying to do his job and got assaulted by a thieving fat idiot who couldn't throw a punch because he was just a morbidly obese child who aspired to be Biggie Smalls.

His buddy...the one who aspires to be a poor man's Chief Keef lied to investigators and retracted his initial statement. He decided to instead get a tattoo of his dear friend Michael on his left cheek.

That is all basically BS. The bottom line is that this racially diverse grand jury was shown every piece of evidence in this case. They got to see everything. Who even cares what the DA thinks? The final decision was the grand jury's to make and the DA held nothing back. He showed them all the evidence. By the way, for what it's worth the DA happens to be a democrat. But that doesn't really matter. All that matters was that the DA gave the grand jury all the evidence.

Instead of these protesters simply admitting that they were wrong and that they were totally played by the race-baiters, they want to blame the prosecutor. It's a joke. They got exactly what they wanted and they're still complaining. The DA knew there was no case. But the race-baiters were not going to take "no" for an answer. The DA couldn't file charges because he knew he had no case. Yet if he failed to act, the race baiters were going to go crazy. So he gave them what they wanted. He decided he would let an impartial group (the grand jury) see all the facts and let them decide. They have made their decision. What can anyone complain about at this point?

If the social justice warriors, neckbeards, urban farmers, infowarriors, ustream hipsters etc. want the revolution to start over this bluntastrophe then they deserve the hardcore right wing chickenhawk President in 2017.

The Brown family attorney ASKED for all police officers nationwide to have cameras on their uniforms. All police activity recorded 24/7. 365 days.

Local municipalities are mostly broke. Local festivals, sporting events, concerts with meter maids...and more than likely drones.

They are essentially begging for what they're against.

Legal Scholars Praise Ferguson Grand Jury for Fairness Beyond the Norm:

"Legal experts across the country agree that while the process that led to a grand jury’s decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson for killing Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, was unusual, it was not unfair. Rather if it was anything unusual, it was in its fairness and openness."

“It was the most thorough grand jury investigation that I’ve ever heard of,” said Stephen Saltzburg, a professor of law at George Washington University Law School.

What? Do guys like him just ignore facts and say whatever comes into their minds? Like many of the protesters, he's not interested in facts and evidence if it doesn't fit his narrative.
And then there's this...
Quote:
"Many backpacking millennials who would have spent a fall weekend busing to Ferguson are now gearing up for Thanksgiving turkey and table debates with bigoted uncles over sweet potato pie."
Really? Their convictions are so weak that they won't skip a turkey dinner for them?

So, if Obama had a son he'd look like Wilson?

Michael Brown made a series of bad decisions in a pot induced haze, from robbing a convenience store to mouthing off to a cop to physically attacking said cop and finally to charging (did you know that charging is now racist code?) the cop. So said a grand jury with access to physical evidence and witness testimony. The display of ignorance to groundless refusal of this, by everyone from protestors to black "leaders" to members of the media, is one of the most disgusting things I have ever witnessed. Michael Brown may have grown up to do great things, to be a productive citizen, or he may have killed a police officer and gone to jail for life -- we'll never know, and a grand jury with access to the physical evidence of the case, and to all witness testimony, said that there was no basis for charging Wilson with a crime.

One more thing. A lawyer with whom I am acquainted, who is a prosecuting attorney, and for whom I have a great deal of respect, knows Mr. McCulloch. He believes McCulloch to be a man of integrity, and has the utmost respect for him. Why would I believe the things that a bunch of known liars, race baiters and tax cheats are saying about MuCulloch? Answer: I don't.

This is White BS...I need to know what Rev Al Sharpton thinks on the subject.

At the same time maybe we can get some tax advise from him.

Yeah, ask the Rev. about Tawana Brawley while you're at it.

How MSNBC gave him a show is unbelievable and i cannot watch it for that reason.

protesting is legal. rioting, arson, etc, is not. nor should we have a mob mentality toward justice, with someone being charged just because some citizens are angry. is that what they think they want, a cop charged even tho the evidence doesn't indicate he did anything wrong? how would that fix anything?
departments that have cameras on police, as well as dashcams, have shown significantly lower claims of police wrongdoing. it can show that something was done wrong, but can also show someone yelling 'brutality' is full of it.

I know its police training to go for the kill shot if they fear for their life, but wonder why the dont shoot out the legs first to incapacitate them first ?

because someone wounded can most definitely kill you if you give them time to return fire.
there was a story this week about a 12 yo in cleveland, shot and killed by police. he was in a park, pointing a pellet gun at people. someone called the cops, they responded. they told him three times to put his hands up. instead, he reached for the gun in his waistband, and was shot. who's at fault? well, the 12 yo was. is it a damned crying shame he's dead? yes. but will i second guess them on that? nope
