Yes, he ran huge but not quite huge enough. Safe Trip ran incredible. They ended up running 1:08 4/5 and the track wasn't even that fast there today. They blew away the rest of the field.

I don't know, I thought that the Assmussen kind of sucked up there into a second kind of because someone had to run 2nd. I think the 8 is a better horse.

They fought it out all the way down the stretch and Kajiwara couldn't get by him. I think they both ran huge. Safe Trip obviously ran the better race today. If Safe Trip wasn't in there, Kajiwara wins by 5 lengths. I thought they both ran great. I definitely underestimated Safe Trip.
