Move Baron Davis way down now.
Ulcers and he has gone Hollywood.
He does not even like basketball anymore imo.

I also like Andre Miller.
Even though he is fairly slow he is as strong
as any on that list.
Who was playing PG when Arenas plays? Arenas. What position has Iverson played most of his career and where did he play in Denver? PG. Baron Davis is on the Clippers. You wouldnt like basketball either if you played there. And that list wasnt a ranking, just off the top of my head.

I recall him leading a horrific team to the Finals as a PG. Terry and Kidd washed up are still better than Felton. Bibby may be average but that also is still better than Felton. Felton simply isnt very good, he is average, very average or less.

LeBron is better than the hype if possible. Total player who gets better every year. Stop with the refs already. What team has gotten more calls in history of basketball than Boston? I'm supposed to believe that the Cleveland Cavaliers are now the darlings of the NBA's refs? The reason that LeBron gets so many calls is that he is bigger, faster and stronger than every player guarding him. What else is there to do? The Cavs have a clear path to the Finals. Mo Williams was the missing piece that puts them over the top. Of course you think he is maybe better than Ray Felton....

You don't think Stern has a vested interest in seeing LeBron, the 'King' of the NBA, get a title? You're a slut for the NBA anyway, the NBA can do no wrong in your eyes, so you'll never admit to any kind of injustice on any side, so there's no point discussing this with you.

If the Cavs win a title on their own, my hat is off to them. If they do it by shooting 35 free throws a game to the opponents' 15, I'm not impressed.

Oh and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Eric Snow was the point guard on that Sixers team. News flash Chuck: the smallest guy on the floor isn't always the point guard.

Tim Duncan is a center...
Uhhh power forward.

Then I think we probably need to take into account that
some teams play without PGs.
Washington and Denver played without PG's when Arenas
and Iverson handle the ball more than anyone else.
Maybe we just have very diff. definitions.

A thought enters my head while watching the Thunder
vs. Spurs.
What if the Thunder get Griffin?
The talent on that team...

So you are promoting a conspiracy theory? Wouldnt a rematch of the Lakers and Celtics be a bigger money maker? Think Stern was jumping for joy a few years ago when SA and Cleveland played that thriller that even hardcores like me could hardly watch? Th NBA can do no wrong in my eyes? That is rich. Why didnt he fix the draft lottery so the Knicks could draft a human? Would that makes sense? You throw out the conspiracy theory as fact and I'M the one who cant discuss things logically?

So you are able to discern the difference between winning a game fair and square and when the refs are following the commissioners orders to let leBron win because he doesnt get enough coverage as it is? Maybe he will get Houston into the Finals so that he can continue to expand into the only place with any money left, China?

newsflash, Iverson handled the ball most every Philly possession because the Lakers were switching on the roll pick play that they loved to run. The guy averages as many assists for his career as Felton does. I suppose Isiah Thomas wasnt a PG either?

LeBron has more assists per game than Iverson, so he must be a super duper better point guard.

Riddle me this, if Eric Snow wasn't the point guard, what the hell was he doing on the floor for 31 minutes per game dishing out 104 assists and never shooting?

They may not fit the classic definition of PG's but they handle the ball more than anyone else and the offense is run by them and often through them. They are both unique players that may be detrimental to the overall success of their teams because they dont fit the traditional roles which makes it harder to fill in the spots around them. Iverson and a ball controlling Point guard would not work because he doesnt work as well without the ball. Doesnt mean he isnt a better player than Raymond Felton. I mean how can we even be having this conversation?

So you dont want to expand your conspiracy theory anymore?

LeBron does occasionally play point though far less this year since the addition of a real PG.

Who was playing the other 17 minutes at PG? Clarence Weatherspoon?

Because you're obviously missing the entire f.ucking point. No one said he isn't a better player than Felton, BUT HE'S NOT A BETTER POINT GUARD BECAUSE HE'S NOT A F.UCKING POINT GUARD.

And yes if we probably should add Lebron to the list of PG's that are better than Raymond Felton. I thought you hated the NBA and never watched?

Oh but he is a better PG than Felton and that isnt even his primary position. When was the last time you saw Felton play?

There's no way of proving this 'conspiracy theory' one way or another, so I'm not wasting my time debating you on it. But your implication that just because Cleveland isn't a big market means the Cavs can't get preferential treatment from the refs is laughable. And I'm not even complaining about anything in particular, I'm just saying I'll reserve judgment on how great the team is until they get in the playoffs and LeBron isn't allowed to maul people on defense while getting intentional fouls called if someone breathes on him. I hope that happens, and if the Cavs can beat the Celtics/Magic and the Lakers without getting called for 10+ fewer fouls a game, then I have no beef.

And let me get this straight: because Eric Snow didn't play 48 minutes a game, he wasn't the point guard? Awesome, thanks for playing.

This from the guy that just said he can never watch a Bobcats game all the way through.

Holy f.uck. We're talking about pure point guards and you're trying to tell me that whatever percentage of Iverson that's a point guard is better than 100% of certain other point guards. Awesome. I think James Posey is a better 2, 3 and 4 than half the league. YEAH, BUT HE PLAYS ALL 3 POSITIONS!!!

This s.hit is like saying Edgar Martinez is a better third baseman than Adrian Beltre.

I dont watch Felton enough.
I was not referring to him, just categorizing
the position.

As far as the positions in the NBA,
I think they are bit like soccer.
Attacking midfielder v. a defensive minded midfielder.
Some things dont fit into nice categories is all I am saying.
And you seem to be saying the same thing.

And how dare you not appreciate how well the Spurs
defended Lebron. They totally frustrated him. It was
a thing of beauty. Im sorry if he did not get to dunk the ball.

Your penance:

Three Hail Mary's and an I love Tim Duncan.
Right now mister.

Oh now we are talking about PURE point guards. Ok. You win. Whatever!

Have you ever watched any Bobcats game? If you have you would understand why they arent a compelling watch.

And the E Martinez analogy isnt fitting because baseball has defined positions where the NBA doesnt. And E. Martinez is a so much better hitter that even his iron glove wouldnt tilt the advantage to Adrain Beltroid.

The cavs are a much better team now that they are paying Eric snow NOT to play. Morty's man Eric Snow. Michigan State a karma play now? Oh yeah they suck.

This is your last resort in any argument. Implying that the other person has never seen so and so play or that you watch so and so more.

This is exhausting. You win.

Poor Morton.

Its now a lot more fun watching Lebron not
have to constantly dribble and actually getting to
do things off the ball.

I take it this is a dig at me. They're a karma play because I said they suck? Funny since you had MSU losing to USC in the second round and didn't really take a stand on anything this tournament.

It was a question since you have to go out of your way to watch them since they get zero national coverage. I have seen them play one time this year on league pass and that was because I was up late and it was the last game on. Stop being such a baby. I'm actually watching hockey and have nothing better to do that debate the merits of 2nd rate NBA players that no one but their immediate family cares about.
