Let me get this straight.....

.....you guys are planning to come to Saratoga and sit around a poker table instead of going out?

Why not just wrap your lips around a gas pipe right now and get it over with.

LOL. Keep me up to date on this -- card game, going out -- I'd like to join in for part or all.

May I suggest enjoying softball as a plausible alternative?

I should be arriving on Thursday and staying through Sunday, our big day will be Saturday for the Whitney but will probably head to the grandstands for the Friday Night card for a couple of races and then off to the bars.

Default Dinner/Lawn party (8pm-ish..) at my house?

Don't know if people would want to spend the post-race day outside of town, but I spoke to a handful of likely attendees about a lawn/dinner party at my house in Greenwich Saturday night... Dinner for large groups will not be easy to come by at any place worth eating in Saratoga Saturday night, and the largest number of visitors will be in town, so I thought it might be nice..

I'd arrange a van to shuttle back and forth from Toga to Greenwich (16 miles), as I wouldn't want anyone drinking/driving. Looking for feedback here from the group that's coming in as to interest..

Thx..
SB

Sounds like a great idea. Our group would certainly be interested.

Be sure to let us know how we can help or pitch in financially if it comes together.

I have something similar to Woodstock pictured in my mind...

You are very brave Sir...

Maybe Rent-A-Ho will be coming up from Belmont and will be available. (I kid)

Sounds great Steve and if you need any help with set up or anything, please let me know.

Oh my....the possibilities.....could be something talked about for a long time.

Unfortunately, I'll have my kids and I think I would be a bad parent to expose them to this group after dark. Scav and his ho's may traumatize them.
