was up close and personal with a tornado on more then one occasion. i am a weather buff no doubt as well but when you finally get to experience one up close, you may change your tune. i almost had to change my pants.

i have seen one very small one, one f2 and one coming home from canada in the motor home that killed 35 people, most likely an f4, maybe f5. that was scary as hell, cause this thing was less then a mile behind us and here i am riding shotgun while my grandfather is trying to outrun it, in a motor home no less. i'll never forget the images of that tornado, looking out the back window and seeing all that debri flying around, etc.. then, in the morning we get up and go to denny's for breakfast and on the front page of the paper, it says killer twister, 35 dead. easily could have added a couple to that.
