WOW... I can definitely take care of the sides, if the guy can take care of the meat (no pun intended there, I swear!)

You never going to learn if you don't try. It's a trial and error, you
will learn from your mistakes. I suck at making bake goods. I

my dad fixed me a steak once--my mother made him cook it some more as it was making HER sick watching me cut into it....hilarious! lol
