You've also been touting two horses who also have "major major faults" so I'd say the Derby picture is pretty wide-open. I wonder sometimes, though, what you feel you might gain from re-iterating that Pletcher won't even get in the super?

I'm concerned about Circular Quay. You've made it plainly clear you don't like Pletcher's horses and that's your perogative. It's ludicrous for you to 'guarantee' that none of them will make the super, though. Think about that... he'll probably have 25% of the field and you don't think one of them will make the superfecta?

Don't think ANY are quite as good as Pletcher's boys...wish you luck in the Derby,
but I'll take any of Pletcher's trainees over NoBiz...he won't be in my top "5" on Derby day!

I agree I would take Rose over Jara, but never over R Dominguez.
The only jockey I would chose over RD is Prado. In the latest
Thoroughbred Times #1 ranked jockey last year was RD. I guess
Pletcher doesn't know what he is doing with putting RD on Sam P.

Sorry, I figured you had to have had something to gain with the amount of times you posted it.

I couldn't agree more! Maybe I am dead wrong ???? JV. However, I think Gomez style fits this horse. plus it will help AGS odds quite a bit with Todd's main man getting off.

i would take at least 5 guys over ramon, he tends to get his horses into trouble... rose is possibly the most underated jockey in the game

I doubt that Todd runners will be the top "3" betting interest, BUT with that said;
I rather bet his runners than NoBiz or Curlin at a short price, which those two will be!

i will take anything over 4-1 on nobiz, and since he will most likely be 6 or 7-1 i will be betting like crazy on him

You're in search of the all-mighty board cred.

While your enthusiasm is admirable.....and it's certainly ok to have a lot of opinions and express them all---but perhaps, when you're on here, you might want to try reading a little more and posting a little less. Just a suggestion.

If the Derby was run today...the first three betting interest would be;
Street Sense - Curlin - NoBiz Like Shozbiz
What if, NoBiz is least than 4-1? Will you not bet him hard???

Well, if you're a fan of Circular Quay then this news has to make you feel better (and the 6F work from Sunday).
If CQ was iffy and/or having issues, there's no way Johnny V would be announced as the jockey on him.

And I think CQ, Scat Daddy and AGS all have a chance to hit the board on May 5th.

i told you not to bet Time Squared in the BG.
i told you Chekov was not a good play.
i told you that I would not bet on Lightstyle.
these were all strong feelings you had.

Here is another one, don't bet like crazy on No Biz in the Derby. He is not very likely to win imo, and I feel strongly about that.

I like CQ more and more, still not as much as Street Sense.

Just hope Johnny V remembers CQ is a closer and does not make a move to earli

Agreed...I try to always toss one of the top Derby contenders each year;
this year...it's PG1985 choice.

And it's got nothing to do with you're posting...I just don't like him in this spot.

That's probably a terrific barometer if you believe there are nine jockeys in the country better than Edgar Prado.
