The amount you bet doesn't matter. You get the same relative value out of a rebate or a bonus as a big bettor.

You can research the withdrawal fees yourself.

Why do you think VIP, Bodog and Bet365 are particularly good? None of those is nearly as good as Pinnacle or 5Dimes for horseracing.

Have you read the reviews at Sportsbookreview.com?

I´ve read the reviews at SBR and thi is why I think VIP, Bodog and Bet365 are good for me. They are also rated A+, like Pinnacle. But are more pointed to small players, in my opinion.

I´ve almost decided which one to go, and I think I will take Pinnacle. But I also liked Bet365 (although I think there is a lot of UK horse racing and nearly nothing US races). Bodog and Tradesports looked fine to me too. I am still watching...Thanks a lot for your help!

fmc, "pointed to small players" mostly means they are afraid of big bettors and will take action against them. It does not mean that they will treat small players better than Pinnacle or 5Dimes will. For example, I have had my bet limits reduced at VIP's sister casino Gameday. I had my account at Bodog completely frozen. In both cases, it was simply a case of winning too steadily.

Why would you consider opening at Bodog instead of Pinnacle? At Pinnacle you would get a rebate on most of your horseracing bets. At Pinnacle you will get a better line for most of your other sports bets than you would get at Bodog.

I do not have experience at Bet365, but they do have a nice promotion going on now. It appears they are paying a 10-15% bonus on all win/place/exotic wins (bonus is paid on the amount won, not like 5Dimes which pays its bonus on the total payoff). This promotion has been "extended to July 30". If it were permanent, it would make Bet365 a serious contender for best racing sportsbook. Getting a 15% bonus on exotics is the best deal I know of for exotics, even if the bonus is paid only on the amount won.

I was not aware of the Bet365 promotion. This is why I like participating in forums like Derby Trail. I usually learn something, even when I start out trying to be helpful.

There is not much US racing on Tuesdays. Check Bet365 again tomorrow to get a better idea of what tracks they take bets on.

Dunbar,

Now I understood what they mean by small bettors...lol....

The big problem I see on Pinnacle is that they assume I am a experienced bettor and since I have no experience in betting outside my country, I barely understand their terms and definitions on the website. I need a more easy-to-use website, where I can get the explanation of these terms and the method of calculus of the wages and their payoffs.

Another point is that Bet365 has some differente bets that there are not on Pinnacle, like the World Cup Top Goal Scorer, The first team to receive a yellow card on a game, etc....On Pinnacle we can only bet on a game (team X win or loses); nothing else....

Thank you again!

Avoid BoDog like the plague...they toss you if you win, manipulate the juice and lines on sports betting, and are not ashamed of doing it. They are a highly successful operation because they get bigger margins off the little guys, while Pinnacle makes slim margins on big volume...Pinnacle will take small bets, so that's the way to go. Set up a Neteller account if you want to get free payouts.
