Bad.
Yes.

They have to get accustomed to the fact that Detroit plays defense. Its all about adjustments. They can be made. Miami was horrible defensively.

I remember the clev/.det series last year and the Pistons absolutely mauled Cleve in game 1...beat them in game 2 as well but not as bad...Cleveland went on to win the next 3 games and had a really good shot to clinch it in game 6, but lost a close one when Detroit got about 4 offensive rebounds in the closing minute with the Cavs down 1 or 2. Game 7 back in Detroit was all Pistons. I think you could see something similar here with Chicago rebounding and giving them fits.

AGain, I refer you to my first post in this thread on the Pistons eastern conf semis last year...they absolutely pummeled Cleveland the first two games in Detroit and then lost the next 3. Not saying that will happen in this series, but you never know. Bulls will compete in Chicago I would think.

Bulls are in trouble, I will be putting a large future bet on them GETTING to the finals next year though, as long as we sign Deng back.

Fell off the face of the planet so far though. I have an eery feeling that we are going to end up with Oden or some big ass dude that will take up the middle, our 'tall' guys are asked to do too much in the middle, and they just get knocked around

their shooting will come back to some extent in Chicago without question. I would not write off the series unless they lose one of the next two at home.

There was not one single soul calling them complacent after game 2 of the eastern semis last year...noone...not a soul. Once they win one in Chicago I will agree with you. I viewed games 1 and 2 of the eastern semis last year...complacent they were not.

Well they better straight up real quick because their only shot is getting it to 2-2, otherwise, they are grabbing some bench. Good experience, Paxson and Skiles have really built a long term team

I don't really think they were complacent/disinterested. I think they were tired. This year, you have CWebb who is able to let Wallace and Mcdyess rest more. And you got Maxiell and Delfino adding to the quality time Hunter always puts in off the bench. They are much more rested than last year, and they have been showing it thusfar in the playoffs.

I think they take the Bulls in 4 or 5. Then, the Cavs in 6. I would predict the Finals, too...but who knows what the hell is going on out west (GS vs Utah in the Semis? Who would have called that!?!?)! lol
I would agree to this point the Pistons do look to be the class of the east so far. I'm just not counting the Bulls completely out til I see them lose one at home.

Now we will really see what type of team the Bulls are.
Playoff basketball with defense and they have not lived up to expectations.
Win game 4, even if the series is basically over, and it will be a good indication if these guys have some guts. Detroit can be had, but Im sure they want the knockout punch. The Pistons feel they can win this at their leisure. I expect a great effort, by the Chicago fans also.

This is the beginning of a good core group.

Tonight should be an awesome display of basketball. NO WAY Detroit wants a Game 7, and the Bulls are STREAKING. I expect bodies flying, broken bones, and teeth everywhere as we get it done tonight. I can't believe they are favored, a no wager event for Scav, but doing everything in my power to get to the game tonight. The UC will be ROCKIN

Deng found out that dribbling as fast as you can across the lane does not work in the playoffs. He will learn. A little patience by the Bulls. A learning experience.
