can't wait to see the race comments on this horses win, the #6 made this horse go extremely wide on the turn for home and still managed a very solid run, hell of a ride and race by Espinoza -bt- |

sixth race.
I'm playing Lord Elijah as a longshot try. he doesn't look like much but I think the combination of Alonso, the move away from Holly, and the recent removal of blinkers set him up for his best effort in a long time. I'm using him on the board in tri's and supers also keying on the 3 4 6. |

I never looked at Del Mar or any other track today, but here's the Bris pp's for the race with the Big One: http://www.brisnet.com/bris_link/pdfs/darley_81334.pdf

The horse took 11 tries to break his maiden last out., Unfortuantely, I would have glided right by this one in the pp's due to that
I'd like to know what Dahoss saw that made him his choice. I do see that trainer Julio Canani is 33% with maiden winners last race, and that's not 1 for 3, it's 11 wins from 33 attempts |

I played the Big One in the Del Mar contest, putting my mythical $100 on him to win. In doing so I moved up to 123rd in the contest. I was down in around 2,500 place

I forgot to mentionn in my comments about The Big One, what you when on to say: It was very noticeable that even though he took 10 times on grass tio win, he always ran well and came in second alot. I failed to look at the odds on him in those races, that's something I will try to incorprorate when I see a similarly patterned horse

I wondered how Nakatani handled the Big One, here's the chart:
