That being a criminal for soliciting an undercover cop for homosex? Not so bad. The possible end of his career and losing the support of those who have supported him in the past? No biggie.

He claims to have not retained counsel, but I generally don't need a lawyer to read such a simple sentence to me and explain what it means to me.

that's what i was trying to say. he has no problem with being a pervert who stares at men in the restroom stall, or plays footsie with or waves at the guy in the next stall, but damnit don't you dare call me gay!

and now he is trying to say he was innocent? why doesn't he go back then and fight the charge? I heard some discussion on tv last night and the consensus was that if he wanted to go to trial to clear himself and the prosecuter agreed to it, that a judge would allow the case.

Yeah his voting record has absolutely nothing to do with getting reelected. Afterall, Idaho is one of the most progressive states in the union.
