last day on the inner, these races are brutal

i played some p4's, singling the 5 in the 6th (hardly a great opinion) and spreading a bit in the others. hopefully we get a surprise somewhere in here or this thing will pay like $20.

Well, it's not necessarily the winner but the way you played it was excellent. Singling the middle with a 6-1 and catching a price on the bottom with only 3 used is the way to do it in a race like this. Nice job.

Yeah I know what you're saying. These are the type of races I like because I typically like to play $5 and sometimes $10 tri's like this for cheap. Never pay a whole ton, but getting that 34-1 like you said on the bottom made it a payday of $216.25 for a $15 bet. First bet of the day as well, so it looks like I got some money to play with.

Not exactly the price I was looking for in the 6th . . . should have singled that 5.

I probably did the mushing, didn't get a chance to look at the race so I just went with the 6. Didn't win, but it was a damn good bet at 22-1.

What a brilliant job of riding by Elliot and Pino there, a great example of how to lose on a favorite.
