'i've been fine. sometimes i've been dandy. but i don't remember ever being both find AND dandy at the same time.'

loved george carlin, and found it very ironic that he also was my kids favorite character (mr conductor) on thomas the tank engine.

i had heard him refer to himself as a recovering catholic--i've used that line a few times myself since then. a very funny (and yeah, foul-mouthed) guy. i enjoyed listening to him very much.

his comparison of football vs baseball was a fave of mine.

i'll miss him but at least we still have larry the cable guy, carrot top, and that guy that smashes fruit.

so the high end stuff is still around.
