Byk was just talking about this on his show the other day, you would think with computers these days they could calculate which % of the pool goes to which horse. It certainly rewards the player using the smaller shot.

Just curious, what was the will pay to your 4 in the last leg vs. what you actually got?

Was $1,500+ for $2. Cost us all a bit but wasn't. awful because the lower number meant no IRS.

Nice job yourself on that early 4, Steve. Good point on the IRS. I should have just pressed the ALL button in the 5th and spent the extra $20. I probably should have played a smaller ticket for a larger amount in addition to that play considering I loved the 9 in the second and the 4 in the 5th, singling them and the 1 and using the 3,6 would not have cost me that much, but hindsight is 20/20.

if anyone can help id be happy
i bet a $1 pick three in the 8th today at saratoga
1-2-8-10
with
1-5
with
3-4-11
the 8 horse was a late scratch in the 8th
do i get the favorite for that race in my pick 3

I believe there is a consolation pk 3 in that circumstance, but Byk surely knows.
