Ivan will love 10 panels. Danehill out of a Kris S mare, matter of fact, he is asking for 20 panels

So his breeding means more than his race record. Interesting. You might want to learn something about the horse before calling him a monster. You call him a monster here and then in the international section you want to know if he has raced this year. Well he has, and he has done nothing. 8th in his last. He might be asking for 20 panels, just not a fast 20 panels, because he is not fast.

Dude, you got a pole up your ass regarding Showing Up. I think he is a monster. BUT O'Brien is not a moron, and wouldn't waste shipping this horse all the way to Chicago for no friggin reason, regardless of how he ran recently

You remember Powerscourt, last year he had a dismissal 4th or 5th going into the Million and at one point, WASN'T even going to come to Arlington, then he shows up and wins for fun.

Quite honestly, I am sick of your badgering of people and the nonsense that you sometimes create....You are pretty intelligent, but a jerkoff to boot.

You are the one calling Ivan a Monster and then asking if he has raced yet this year. Well he has. He finished 8th of 11, 3rd of 11, 7th of 11, and 8th of 11 in a 27K race. He is not a monster. Not close. As for Showing Up, I like him, but he could lose to Go Between and he is unlikely to beat the older horses, but he is getting better everyday, so anything can happen.

Ivan Denisovich this year

Ok, then why does O'Brien waste time/money/shipping? If he comes, the horse is live, and will probably be long for what you are posting above

and if I remember Ivan's sheet from BC last year, his numbers are competitive here, I don't know what his numbers were for those last four, but as i have said, O'Brien wouldn't be doing this, if the horse wasn't live

He is doing it because he has no respect for the 3yr old turf horses in america and he shouldn't. There are only 3 good ones, and one of them is too green, and is running in the Hall of Fame. With the exception of Showing Up and Go Between, there is nothing else. Look at this garbage, only 2 or 3 of them even have a chance at the BC Turf or Mile. Even a horse like Brilliant can't run 10F.

If he is bringing over others for the other 2 races he might as well put Ivan in here, because clearly he can't beat anything good over there.

Brilliant is a miler. Dont think Howard will run him in this spot. If he continiues to improve he might be pointed to the BC Mile, but that's a big IF.

they come over here, receive their Lasix and a lot of them feel so good about it they jump up.

as for Suave, he's right in the thick of things in the handicap div. for sure.

I wouldn't exactly call Showing Up or Go Between weedclippers. Both are very good horses. Ivan is not.

I just meant grass runners.....wasn't insulting either horse.

While Ivan has been miserable over in Europe, he might come over here and lay it on our horses like I said previously.

There is a difference in the Euros more often than not when they come over here, and I think that difference is that we don't have very good turf runners.

The Euros don't just automatically get good when they cross the big pond.

They have some really nice horses by Ivan just isn't one of them. I see why O'Brien would take a chance against the weak 3yr old grass horses, and I figure he is coming over for something else anyway, but Showing Up and Go Between can run, especially at 10F. Ivan has been a huge disappointment this year.

Ivan is asking to stop running against those good horses.

I dont like Ace. I don't like any of the Europeans coming over. I think the usual suspects from the UN race will fight it out again.

turfers from overseas sometimes find new life here because they probably want hard ground, which is difficult to find in europe. look at when the bc is in cali for instance, euros are hard pressed to come, the track's too hard for their liking and style.

and yeah, they crack me up about lasix....euros thumb their noses at us and accuse us of doping our horses too much, first thing off the plane, they're calling the vet!
