i agree, i had an exacta box bullsbay and macho. thought it was a winner. she dug in hard when they came at her and it was gutsy as any horse gets. some of these races she won were walk overs. not yesterday. the preakness and woodward shows how good this horse is. people blaming borail for the ride are crazy. they are not going to let rachel waltz on the lead because you want her to win easy. thats how big money races are won, ask the riders of smarty jones and big brown. they don't hand you grade ones without a fight, this horse fights!

I thought his ride was horrible. It was play as day that Da'Tara was meant to be on the lead at the half at all costs. If Borel needed to understand this fully before the race started and eased his filly who is very rateable into a postion that was either on the rail or off slighty off the pace.

He did actually finish, they had just stopped timing at that point. I think he got the 1 1/8th in 2:46.33
