“Therefore, this is about the future of the United States of America and what kind of country we’re going to have.”-R.L.
Other than versions of his own country's past, I'd really like to know exactly where the examples of this Conservative Paradise are. I don't think even Australia is as Conservative as this country is. Guys like Rush do a good job of making it seem like it's the norm in other countries. It is not. It is not common. The norm is more like his enemies. Other than dictatorships, it's hard to find another country as Conservative as he'd like this one to be. That goes for the rest of you Ultra C. We are not the oddballs. Like it or not, most of the world considers you folks the oddballs (cowboys.) You're extreme. Rush is extreme. That's why they don't want him in the group. Just because there are a lot of Ultra C on here doesn't mean they're not extreme. There are just a lot of extreme people attracted to the core subject of this message board (horseracing.) "On his syndicated show Thursday, Limbaugh said he was approached by St. Louis Blues chairman Dave Checketts earlier this year about participating in a Rams bid. Checketts assured him his involvement as a minority investor had been vetted by the NFL, he said."
Guess he made a few new stupid comments since then. Rush went on to (of course) blame Obama. If someone has a wrong-colored turd, this guy is gunna try to pin it on Obama. |

It really is a sad day in America when a person can ADMIT TO KILLING innocent dogs, serves a short time in "prison" and then be on the field playing in the NFL. Oh, he has served his time for his crime and is a new man.
Then, when a MAN is asked to buy in on a NFL team and is refused based on quotes from "Media Sources" that are still not proven as FACT, oh wait...... He is refuted from the head of the players union and Roger G, you know what, I don't care to sit and type all of what each and every one of you already know. If you don't, you will. It is a sad damn day in this country when no good SOB's can help dictate something like this. |

Yeah, if interested I'll be glad to provide the links. I'll pin numerous turds on Obama as well as Bush, Clinton, Reagan, etc... By the way Scuds, do a little research and check the connections on who is in a position of authority with the NFL. May be able to connect the "turds". |

The NFL has every right not to allow controversial figures to own teams. Simple as that. Rush is too controversial. I wouldnt let him in either, regardless of political leanings. Jerry Jones, Al Davis and Dan Synder are bad enough
If the rest of the world was so damn smart the World Cup would be an Football tournament, not some soccer schlepfest. Does anybody else get tired of hearing what the rest of the world supposedly does or thinks? Sorry Scuds progressive is another version of liberal. Now we have two serial posters that are liberal deniers. |
