That's enough Monmouth for today. That surface is laughable.

That's why that kid is like 0-83. Even though he was in front, you couldn't have felt good about 22 & 46 for the first half.

*Edit* Still an impressive pick of a 27/1 shot for second, sorry about no place money bet.

If you let Jockeys or trainer stats talk you off a horse you will miss some bombs.

Seemed fixed. I hope the dead/retarded/whatever story makes them feel good.

C'mon Coach. Great story. What we need in racing. Not rudy.

I'm sorry but we don't need narcissists suffering from cancer saying they're coming back as a horse.

I don't want to hear about how tough it is for people. Like Paulie Walnuts said, "Hey! I got my own f.uckin' problems."

And when it comes to gambling I get real suspicious when that pace is set for that horse and Garcia can't control the 4 horse.

Spare me. Millions get cancer.

Actually I didn't even know the guy had cancer. I just like the fact he bought the horse for 2 grand and was told it was the slowest horse ever.

MTh R4:

Good idea putting blinkers on the 1. I mean, if she stumbles out of the gate, she's supposed to be ahead by 2 here easily; so why pump her up? A lock thus becomes a suspect bet.

AT 8:5, it doesn't matter.

Monmouth Park - Race 5
# Win Place Show
11 $5.60 $3.20 $2.60
7 . $3.20 $3.00
2 . . $3.40

$2.00 Trifecta 11-7-2 $47.00

Anyone who still buys into the BS, from the 'experts', that cutbacks on the turf don't work, need only take a look at the just run 5th @ CRC, when a speed route horse just wired a turf sprint @ 12:1.
