Bandbox was not great IMO either. I would take Curlinello moving forward.

Classic Legacy sire is Macho Uno...Was privately purchased and moved to Baffert....2 for 3 lifetime...Delta Jackpot this weekend

Coil (Point Given-Theatrical mare) was privately purchased by the Lookin at Lucky group, after his maiden race, when he ran 3rd to another Baffert hopeful called Awesome Patriot (Awesome Again-Cee's Tizzy mare) 2yo Hollywood stake on Saturday......Coil smashed a MSW field this past Saturday at HP.

I wouldn't say he smashed that field, and I don't think there was much in that race, either.

Maybe smashed is a little enthusiastic. Handled the field rather easily.

Easily is a little enthusiastic also. Are you connected with Classic Legacy?

Clear by 3 1/4 lengths is rather easily, no?

Not in my opinion. He was pretty hard used. He should improve as the distances increase though and is a horse to keep an eye on.

3. Sway Away

Very interesting pick - my buddy actually picked him out at the sales - they put him away for a spring campaign - could be Oaklawn...could be Dubai...seriously.

Speaking of IC offspring, do you have an opinion about Anthony's Cross?
He's the Eoin Harty that ran in the key maiden race at toga with Astrology and To Honor and Serve. Broke his maiden at churchill a few weeks ago, and looks like he could become something.

Well we should get clues this weekend, where the Top 2 Finishers in the Delta Jackpot will be in the Ky Derby unless they get injured or sold to Dubai.

Then the 27 we get 2 Graded 2 yr old races with

Remsen(So Far)-To Honor and Serve,Curlinello,Bandbox

Ky Jockey Club(So Far)-Rogue Romance,Astrology,and possibly Z Appeal,Major Gain,Santiva

My opinion of him is that I now have to go look up a video of him.

Thanks!

When was the last time the top 2 finishers in the Delta Jackpot went onto the KY Derby? I'm fully aware of having them getting the needed earnings. It's often they're not good enough to warrant consideration (Turf War a couple of years ago, as well as many others).
