you are the one who has said that i do not think its wrong. I have never even remotely said that it was a - okay. I just dont think the man needs to be arrested.

its a real concern that kids these days turn to guns to solve problems. Its a real concern that normal teenage fistfights now turn into murders. Its a real concern that Obama thinks its okay to illegally detain or kill american citizens without seperation of powers. It is a real concern that we have two political parties in which neither party cares about the american people.. all they want to do is wage hate between everyone.

The old man was wrong. He was stupid. I just dont think there should be any real concern to have him locked up.

right from the start i said the mans actions were wrong.

If you want to keep being manipulative and fucl<ing gay, go right now at it.

You really have no perspective on things do you? I think in your mind a bitc.h slap is on equal level with attacking someone with a machete.

I'm saying, at what point do we hold people responsible for their actions? Especially when today's political discourse is getting so physically violent?

Don't jump to the conclusion that he will be found guilty and jailed for it.

If it were me, yes, after I turned and elbowed him in the face to defend myself (that would have happened after he poured the liquid in my mouth), when he came back again and shoved a cloth in my mouth I would have definitely filed charges against this bully.

This is a guy that needs to have a judge point out to him that physically assaulting other citizens who don't agree with his political views isn't permitted in this country.

I admire his victim, for totally ignoring the bully's two attacks. I couldn't have done that.

I didn't say it would be right. I pointed out that nowadays kids do to that, and parents do get locked up for stuff like that.

Funny seeing you use "fuc.king gay" as a slur. Pathetic.

And no - it's pretty clear, from what I've posted here, that I am talking about bullying and violence at political rallies. Stop with the hyperbole.

And yeah - I don't think you should be permitted to "bitch slap" people at political rallies, because you don't like their politics.

Because his "victim" isnt a pus.sy sue happy moron like a lot of America has become. He probably has some sense and realized the old man might be senile. Plus he probably had about all of zero injuries.

Nobody is talking about suing the guy. It's about, at what point should turning physically assaultive at town halls and political rallies, against those whose political views differ, be tolerated?

I say we have to have zero tolerance for these political events turning physical.

You are forgiving the bully's two different attack actions because he's "old". To me, being "old" is no excuse for physically assaulting other protesters. The old guy is just as responsible for his actions as a young guy is.

That was in response to your silly hyperbole: "You really have no perspective on things do you? I think in your mind a bitc.h slap is on equal level with attacking someone with a machete."

Don't go to any political rallies this weekend. Some stranger might decide to pour water in your mouth, then shove a handkerchief into it.

Dividends on my iggy list's only entrant.

Compliments to the board (Steve B.) for allowing me to limit free speech (actually idiot noise) without having to get violent. Now can we do away with quotes of those same people (actually person in my case) on the list?

The ability to focus on such meaningless matters she has is matched only by a newborn watching clouds pass by. Then again having deceased kin who were veterans and would have supported the NY Ground Zero Muslim center may serve as a cornerstone for an insanity excuse.

Perhaps this is why Obama and his minions are crying for yet more Fed money to hire yet more police?
