There aren't any dinosaurs in the bible, therefore the joke was a bad one.

The Creation Museum of Kentucky says dinosaurs and humans walked the earth together! It must be true! They made a diorama that shows it!

Ice moves. If Greenland has much less ice, it should also be noted that on the other side of the world in the Bering Sea, they had more ice than since they've been keeping records. They made frequent reference to that during "Deadliest Catch" this year. The crab fishing season was interrupted for weeks because of it.

In other words, you cannot generalize Greenland (Ironic that name - first year to live up to it I guess) with the northern latitudes as a whole.

http://www.slate.com/blogs/trending/...cene_era_.html

Antarctica has yielded implications about global warming that are chilling.

Drilling deep into the seabed just off Earth's southernmost continent, researchers have discovered remnants of a near-tropical rainforest that existed 50 million years ago.

During this period, known as the early Eocene era, the Earth experienced dramatic greenhouse conditions with high atmospheric carbon dioxide counts and palm trees growing around the South Pole
