Wow I wouldn't go that far. The Judicial System failed him as he obviously belonged in prison. What I'm wondering is how did he survive all those police beatings (at least 18) previous to him being killed?

What many here don't know, especially those who have never lived in big cities is Police know who the bad guys are. Neighbors know who the bad guys are. And above all family members know who the bad guys are. The media portrays the police as pulling up to the kid with no reason, neglecting to divulge his previous criminal record as if it doesn't matter.

I guess nothing beats the ratings that come with a good riot.

His Rap sheet could be 20 pages but in our country you are afforded a trial. You don't show up after a trip to the station dead with your spinal cord nearly severed. That may happen at the hands of the Tonton macoute in Hati but should NEVER happen in the United States. Now I'm sure you will justify it by saying 99% of all offenders are brought in alive .

This guy never got a fair trial or rather a trial that was fair to the State (society). Unless Johnny Cochran came back from the grave.

Face it the media would let us believe criminals especially black criminals are being locked away for trivial drug crimes yet this guy beat the system at least 18 times.

And I agree with you he did deserve a trial and not to be brought to trial in a body bag but there are some facts out there that are being ignored because it doesn't fit the narrative MSM is seeking and as a result is enflaming the protesters inclined to act out violently.

yeah...there's no such thing as brutality, or racism for that matter! said the person who encounters neither, therefore it doesn't exist for anyone.

and then there's this twisted take, with no consistency:

http://www.inquisitr.com/1916634/fox...cist-ferguson/

megan kelly says we don't have a racism problem, and then talks about companies having all kinds of racist emails in their inboxes...
er, so is racism not a big deal because it doesn't exist, or because it's so prevalent, megan?
Except she did not say that. Not even close. Are you deliberately attempting to deceive, or did you simply not bother to watch the video?

“There are very few companies in America, whether they’re public or private, in which if you sic 40 FBI agents on the company and review every email and every document and every communication you can between the employees, you won’t find any racist emails, any inappropriate comments, and then to tar the entire organization with that, is additionally problematic."

Where is the magic translation box explaining how that equates to, "we don't have a racism problem?"

The only fact is he was brought in Dead and that is NOT how it works in our country. You citing his rapsheet is well STRAWMAN.

How can you not love the mother that came out, found her son taking part in the riots, and smacked his punk ass around in front of everyone?

Every kid needs a mother like her.

I was lucky, I had a mother and a grandmother like her.

I likewise had a mother like her, even with my limited intelligence, I figured out pretty quickly that my actions had consequences!

strict is good.
that said, it kills me when people point at the parent when a child screws up. when they are adults, they're responsible for their actions, not me. i did my best!
note, none are in jail-but if they were, it wasn't because i didn't teach them right.

what if it was you, arletta? if a cop looked at you and made the decision to give you a 'rough ride' in a van? but...that would be different, right? would neeever happen to you?
