Don't Overlook Lemons Forever. She'll be coming late, she got the Guid, and she's won at Churchill. I'm hoping to get decent odds on her.

You guys are right thought, this race is wide open.

Do you think there will be enough pace for her? Also, can a blind squirrel find a nut more than once?

J/K...

decent? you're going to get incredible odds on her, as she hasn't even come close to beating 3 year olds since the oaks -- so there won't be many out there willing to believe that somehow she's going to be able to take down the best older horses of the division.

i wish you all the luck in the world with this one! (people will be saying the same thing about me and malibu mint in the coming days too i'm sure!)

Don't you all go jumping on my Malibu Mint bandwagon now... I have been hyping this horse for a long time now! You all are just starting to listen to Buffy.

i just haven't been around -- i've been making big bucks on her for awhile now

i don't have the sentimental attachment to her that it seems like you do, so you can have that -- but she's one of my sure things to follow wherever she goes -- she's a good ROI horse.

though i wish she had lost to hide and chic at keeneland, would've boosted my pick-3s a lot see, no sentimental attachment.

I was just teasing you! I had a friend who worked with her and I saw her at the barn and I liked her. Saw she was racing a few days later and used her in a contest for the board. NICE payout. She helped me win. I get excited about watching her race because I got to pet her nose once.

Hey, I am a girl what can I say.

ok maybe i lied a little bit too -- it might be slightly sentimental

she's a fighter and she's a grinder, and i love that. she's not flashy, but she gets the job done the same way every time she goes out. that's admirable.

And to think I got very upset in the race where she lost her rider at the start, all because I had used her in another contest on the board. I was mad.

But I still root for her.

Wasn't Island Fashion being pointed for the Distaff as her swan song? I thought I read Canani say she was going to train up to the race.
