Amazing what a slice of golden cake with chocolate frosting and a pint of ice cream with a huge glass of milk will do to lift your spirits after a horrible day.

That horse who cost me the early pick 4 didn't finish the race,but walked off.Will burn somebody else's money on another day soon.Mitchell ran last with 2 post-time chalks today.The detention barn took it's toll.Both horses were exhausted.It's a competitive game.I am sure he will make necessary adjustments to get his horses to stop tiring.
